INOVA Alerts reach you immediately when you use your INOVA debit card. This is a great way for you to monitor potentially fraudulent activity on your accounts. Alerts also give you control over your spending anytime and anywhere.

INOVA Alerts are easy to set up:

For Mobile:

1. Login to your digital banking app
2. Select More
3. Select Cards and choose Debit Card Management
4. Scroll through the images to find your Debit Card
5. Select Alerts and Controls
6. Select Manage Card Alerts
7. Choose an Alert type and delivery method
8. Use the back arrow to return to previous pages

For Desktop:

1. Login to digital banking
2. Select Cards and choose Debit Card Management
3. Scroll through the images to find your Debit Card
4. Select Alerts and Controls
5. Select Manage Card Alerts
6. Choose an Alert type and delivery method
7. Click the X to exit when finished

If you previously set up Debit Card Alerts through Visa, feel free to click here to deactivate them.
